Portraits of a Visionary is a new social series from The Lovie Awards that shares vignettes of the people, culture and ideas behind award-winning work. Made in partnership with Finland-based agency 20/20 Helsinki, the six-part series provides an intimate look at the process behind ingenious creativity.

Having fought for reproductive freedom since 1999, Dutch activist Dr Rebecca Gomperts has radically envisioned a world where safe abortion is available to all who need it. For her tireless work, she was recognised as the 2023 Lovie Activist of the Year during the 13th Annual Lovie Awards.
