We’re kicking off the 14th Annual Lovie Awards by announcing the latest judges to join our community. We’re excited to welcome Europe’s top tech experts, publishing pioneers, digital artists, film trendsetters and web3 experimenters to the Lovie Judging Academy.

Meet the New Judges
Eshita Kabra-Davies, Founder & CEO, By Rotation
Eshita is the Founder and CEO of the award-winning app By Rotation, the world’s largest shared wardrobe available in the UK and US. A product and customer-obsessed CEO, she spent the first 6.5 years of her career in investment management and is a proud immigrant, “third culture kid” (India, Singapore, US and UK) and global citizen. She is passionate and solutions-oriented about the climate crisis, particularly in how everyone can play a part. As a Forbes 30 Under 30 and Drapers 30 Under 30, Eshita is regularly profiled in Vogue, Financial Times, Wired, TechCrunch, Conde Nast Traveller, Business of Fashion, Forbes, Evening Standard, Monocle and more. She appears live and on panels at the United Nations, Bloomberg, Financial Times, Harvard Business School, Meta, Vogue Business, British Fashion Council, BBC Woman’s Hour and more. She lives between London and New York City.
Michelle Lu, CEO, Semaine
Michelle Lu is the co-founder and CEO of the award-winning media platform Semaine, dedicated to telling the stories of cross-cultural tastemakers. Since 2015, Semaine has broken the boundaries of traditional media and e-commerce through its passion for storytelling. Michelle is also the founder and Creative Director of Studio.Semaine., the sister agency of Semaine, shares the same mission but works with tastemakers, nonprofit organisations, and brands, harnessing its knowledge and positioning at the zeitgeist of international culture to create the truly unique. Michelle has over 15 years of experience across lifestyle media, creative direction, brand building and advertising. She began her career at LIPMAN Creative Studio in New York, working with clients across architecture, fashion, hospitality, and design. She then worked as the Creative Producer for renowned fashion photographer Mario Testino, bringing his photography, film, art, and philanthropic initiatives to life alongside him and his studio for four years. Michelle was born and raised in the United States but remains connected to her Chinese and Korean ancestral roots. Her time in New York was followed by nearly a decade in London, and she now resides in Paris. Multi-cultural and tri-lingual, Michelle is a global citizen passionate about people and telling their stories. She uses her diverse background to create a media group that is truly purpose-driven.
Stefanos Constantinou, VP, Brand Partnerships & General Manager at Highsnobiety Amsterdam
Born and raised in Cyprus, Stefanos started his career at 16 as a TV presenter and a radio producer. After two years of studies and army service, he entered the fashion world in 2012 with Hypebeast in Hong Kong. After overseeing key global accounts and campaigns for the publication, he moved to Amsterdam to set up the European commercial hub for VICE Media Group. After 7.5 years at VICE and various roles across both the digital and the creative agency, Stefanos joined Highsnobiety to lead the expansion in Amsterdam while overseeing global partners. Since then, he’s developed Highsnobiety’s commercial strategy, expanded the in-house creative consultancy, evolved the media offering and served as the Jury President for Brand Partnerships & Influencers at the Dutch Creativity Awards.
Clelia Mountford, Co-Founder, Merman TV & Film
Having co-founded Merman with Sharon Horgan in 2014, Clelia develops and produces a multitude of projects with a host of international talent. Recently, Clelia executive produced the BAFTA award-winning and Emmy-nominated Bad Sisters. Clelia is executive producing the upcoming Channel 4 series commission of Disability Benefits and has recently produced the Sky comedy drama Dreamland. For Merman, Clelia also produced the third season of The Increasingly Poor Decisions Of Todd Margaret. Further credits include Executive Producer on Women On The Verge, Amazon Original film Herself, and Morgana Robinson’s Summer Short, which won a BAFTA TV Award in 2018 for Best Short Form Programme. Clelia devised and produced two series of the comedy-drama adaptation of Mikhail Bulgakov’s A Young Doctor’s Notebook. The show received huge critical acclaim, winning record-breaking audiences for Sky Arts. She produced Mr Sloane, David Cross’s Bliss, and the audio drama People Who Knew Me. Prior to founding Merman, Clelia held roles as Head of Comedy at RDF and Head of Radio and TV Script Associate at TalkbackThames.
Liz Bertorelli, Head of Social, Feeld
Liz Bertorelli is a marketer, strategist, and content producer based in the UK. Liz works as a Social Media Lead at Feeld, previously at TikTok and Shopify.
Camilla Calvert, Business Marketing Lead, Reddit
Camilla Calvert is a global marketer experienced in helping some of the world’s leading brands scale growth and unlock new revenue streams. Currently, Camilla leads international industry marketing at Reddit, charged with building industry partnerships that launch and scale Reddit’s business brand in order to help uncover new commercial opportunities. Prior to joining Reddit, Camilla led global partnerships at Hearst Magazines where she ideated creative partnership solutions for global brands including Tommy Hilfiger, De Beers and American Express to name a few. Campaign Magazine awarded Camilla a 30 under 30 winnerin 2020, recognising her as a future leader of the advertising industry. Over her career Camilla has launched several employee resource groups at Hearst and Euromoney—all of these live on as international organisations that create a path for the voices of employees to be heard at board level in order to help inform business strategy. Taking this one step further, Camilla is also a key contributor to several industry-wide initiatives mentoring and awarding emerging talent within our industry.
Ibrahim Seck, Creative Director, Media.Monks Paris
Ibrahim Seck is the Creative Director at Media.Monks Paris, where he works for Google, L’Oréal, Deezer and Bacardi. For 17 years, he has been creating campaigns and winning awards at BBDO Paris, La Chose and BETC for clients such as IKEA, Kronenbourg, Peugeot and Getty Images.
Jade Coles, Head of Cultural Programming at Apple
Jade Coles is a dedicated Cultural Programmer, Curating Powerful Events Rooted in Values, Creativity & Community Engagement with a decade of experience in crafting engaging cultural programs and events, Jade Coles’ role as a seasoned Cultural strategist & Cultural Programmes Director has been to specialise in connecting with London’s diverse creative communities. From defining membership strategies for global hospitality leaders like Soho House and Co. To spearheading community initiatives at innovative co-living spaces such as The Collective, and programming a diverse range of spaces including The Wing, Lost Village Festival, The Institute of Curious Minds and Atelier 100. She brings a wealth of expertise in fostering authentic connections and meaningful experiences. Grounded in values of authenticity, creativity, credibility, and collaboration, Jade approaches each project with agility and passion, ensuring that every endeavour resonates with both audiences and partners alike. Additionally, she’s had the privilege of sharing many insights and industry experience as a speaker for platforms like the General Assembly and the University of Lincoln, and is a special lecturer on the MA in Fashion and Cultural Programming at the new London College of Fashion contributing to the ongoing dialogue within the events and the creative industries. She is currently the Head of Cultural Programming for Apple driving their strategic event output across the UK overseeing their high profile programming which aims to inspire and foster community.
Pär Heyden, Head of Brand/Creative Director, Polestar
Pär Heyden is the visionary driving force behind the Polestar brand. With nearly 25 years of experience in various design studios, including his impactful role as Global Creative Director at Hasselblad, Pär has played a pivotal role in shaping Polestar into a leading global EV company since 2017. He seamlessly blends his fierce creative energy with a keen eye for aesthetics. Leading award-winning teams, he has redefined traditional branding elements and pioneered advancements in architecture, product design, and advertising strategies.
Ines Alpha, Global Creative E-Makeup Artist, Prada Beauty
Hailing from Paris, Ines Alpha is an internationally-recognized digital artist who started experimenting with 3D while digging into the beauty, fashion, and luxury industries as an art director. Eager to expand her toolbox, she self-learned 3D software in her spare time and collaborated on several side projects. From there, she deepened her phygital exploration and merged makeup and tech through a forward-thinking approach, which became her unique signature style: 3D makeup. Since 2016, she has been pushing the boundaries of makeup, working on digitised bodies, and taking advantage of this new tech-fuelled freedom within the concepts of beauty. Using 3D software and augmented reality, Ines merges the real and the virtual to build a new future within the beauty space. Ines is regularly invited to lectures in France and abroad, most recently at the Vogue Ukraine conference, the NFF festival in Utrecht, and Pictoplasma in Berlin. She has collaborated with the creative industry’s biggest names such as Prada Beauty, Dior, Burberry, Selfridges, and some of the pop scene’s top artists like Charli XCX, BIBI, or Yelle. Finally, her works have been shown in “Aquaria” at the Maat Museum in Lisbon, Art Mûr in Montréal, and Coreana Museum in Seoul, and have been featured in media such as VOGUE, i-D, Wired, and Dazed Beauty, among many others.
Christoph Lange, Manager Global Digital Marketing + web3, Jägermeister
Christoph is a passionate and experienced marketing professional. He has worked in Jägermeister’s global brand and digital team for several years. He has contributed to several successful campaigns that have used technology in unconventional ways. One example is the drop-in concert with Snoop Dogg, which generated millions of impressions even though it was only listened to by one person and their friends. Another area Christoph is exploring is Jägermeister’s web3 journey, where he investigates the possibilities of blockchain, cryptocurrency and NFTs for the brand. He is also leading Jägermeister’s entry into the gaming and esports world through the global partnership with G2 Esports, one of the leading esports organisations. Besides that, he is helping to bring AI to the Jägermeister marketing team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their processes and decisions. Christoph is proud to be part of a brand that combines tradition and innovation to set new standards.
John Bruce, CEO & Co-Founder, Inrupt
With a background as both a founder and an executive at global tech firms, John Bruce is uniquely qualified to help engineer the next phase of the web alongside his co-founder, Sir Tim Berners-Lee. He brings decades of successful business leadership and experience creating new markets around innovative software. Prior to partnering with Tim, he was the co-founder and CEO of Resilient, now an IBM company that developed a new approach to cybersecurity. Through Resilient and four other successful startups, John has experienced first-hand the strategic challenges that the current structure of the web causes for users, developers and organisations worldwide.
